30min lunchtime mat class focused on core strengthening and stretching!
Get out of your head and into your body w/ our silly, sensual all levels Burlesque dance choreography class. We often start a new routine each month, but you can jump in at any time!
Low impact, steady pace, music driven movements with pauses for balance and standing core exercises. All levels. 30 min… then stick around for Glow n Flow!
Body, brain and breath connect in this gentle mat based class with a softer side of guided optional touch to encourage body confidence and self love.
Choose your own body adventure w/ a cardio-driven strength workout with options for hi, low, no impact. Be prepared to sweat! This class is fast paced but remember, you are always in charge of moving and listening to your body. Step it up, or take it down a notch... you decide!
A mindful, focused practice combining Pilates and Barre exercises w/ extra stretching & a myofascial self massage finish.
Move gently and with intention as Lara guides you through mobility focused exercises with a meditative and instructive approach.
A little bit of everything for every body in this class… strength, cardio, core and more!
Functional and creative strength/mobility exercises for at-home training… no matter what kind of equipment you do or don’t have!
