Alicia has over 5 years of instructing experience, she has taught HIIT, strength circuit and holds certifications in personal training, wellness and nutritional coaching. As a mother of 3 she knows that finding the time and space to exercise can be challenging. She believes that any movement is better than none, and hopes that she can inspire others to move their bodies and find out how strong each and every person is.

Will I occasionally digress into a lecture on the anatomy of the hip or a TED Talk on the link between Ventral Vagal States and muscle contractions? Yes. Will we laugh and get sweaty while I do it? Definitely."

Kris is an experienced and passionate instructor who believes every body deserves movement that nourishes the soul and empowers the person. She believes that health comes in many forms and teaches with all levels of fitness in mind – challenging students with innovative class formats and tons of variations for all sorts of body comfort.
Kris teaches several classes each week: Butts n Guts every Monday 12pm pst, Barre on Wednesdays & Saturdays 10am pst, Burlesque Dance on Thursdays 7:30pm pst and our Sunday night classes: Cardio Choreo & Glow n Flow 5/5:30pm pst. CHECK SCHEDULE
Lara specializes in guiding womxn-identifying folks of all ages and backgrounds to feel strong and awesome in their bodies. Her training style focuses on making movement fun and efficient, and she enjoys incorporating both the strengthening techniques of weight training and the functional mobility of her yoga and aerial practice into sessions.
Lara teaches several classes each week: Trash Magic Fitness every Monday (5:30pm) & Wednesday (6:30pm), Restorative Mobility every Tuesday 6pm pst and Strength/Conditioning every Thursday 8am pst.
