I am interested in helping people find the movement that speaks most to them with workouts that include strength training, barre-inspired balance and posture work, interval training, mat exercises and mindful breathing. I believe in listening to the body vs. looking at a scale. I believe in movement that inspires vs. something that feels impossible.
