Classes are offered as donation-based. This means, if you are able to contribute without hardship, please do. If not, please join us without payment. We are a community & give to help support all! See below for more info re: donating.

To join a class, go-to the class schedule & click on the link approx. 5-10 minutes before class begins. (You will need a password so please email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance.) It will take you to the ZOOM meeting room. Set up your space so you can move safely and have a towel and water nearby. Any questions? Feel free to CONTACT US.
Low/No Impact class with roots in ballet, yoga & Pilates. Kris likes to add jazz dance elements as well such as hip/ribcage isolations and sometimes a little boxing too! No exp, all levels. Have a yoga mat or towel for floor work. Optional equipment: light handweights and pillow or barre-ball. Sometimes we might use a chair. Approx 45 minutes.
All levels burlesque dance class with a focus on foundational movements and easy to follow, fun choreography. No dance experience required. Progressive choreography will be taught each week at a relaxed pace and in a variety of styles. Approx 1 hr.
Express class with a core-focus means all the booty & belly moves you can handle in approximately 20 minutes. Great as an add-on to Lunchbreak Bodyweight or on it's own. Have a mat & pillow or large towel handy.
This class is all about feeling delicious in your skin with gentle dynamic stretching and mat core focused exercises. This class is inspired by yoga, dance, joyful movement, rhythm, body confidence and feeling powerful in one's own skin. No exp, all levels. Most exercises are done seated or laying down on mat. Have a towel and/or strap (scarf or belt) nearby. Light some candles (safely!) if you'd like. Approx 60 minutes.
Bodyweight base3d functional fitness movements such as plank, squat, lunges, pushups, situps… however with creative combinations and variations of movements for accessibility to get boredom at bay! No exp, all levels. Have mat/towel and water nearby. 30 minute class! No equipment required.
Missing the gym equipment? Let's get strong by using either dumbbells, kettlebells or creative household options (weighted backpacks, bags of pet food, etc.). You could probably do a good portion of this class without equipment - but our focus will be on lifting heavy(ish) stuff! Approx 45 mintues. Equipment encouraged: one weight 8-12lbs.
If you are able and would like to contribute, please see the link below. Suggested class donations are between $5-$15 per class or $60-80/month for unlimited classes. However... if you, like us, have lost your main source of income due to this global crisis, we encourage you to enjoy moving with us without feeling the pressure of donating.
We are a community and sometimes you have extra, sometimes you don't. We will continue to support each other & bring joyful movement to you in any way we can.
