*Some scheduling notes:
-First week we begin is election week. We will not have trainings on 11/3 or 11/4. Instead the first session of both the am & pm groups will be help on 11/2/20.
-We will skip the week of 11/23-27 for those who celebrate Thanksgiving Day. Trainings will resume 11/30.
-The morning group is almost full. If there is enough interest, another morning option may be added. Email email@example.com.
Looking for a bit more structure to your home routine? Want the benefit of a trainer's guidance & eye without meeting in person during these uncertain times? This 6 week program might be just what you are looking for.
Where: Online, Zoom Meeting
What: 45 minutes of Small Group Training, twice weekly for 6 weeks. Breakdown per session: 10 minutes Group Warmup, 20 minutes solo workout with Trainer guidance (in a virtual group setting) and 15 minutes of Group Core/Stretch.
In addition, this session will include a Sunday evening Stretch & Core class offered to all participants, friends & family. Time TBA.
When: Various Days/times offered. You choose!
Wednesday & Fridays 7:30am *one spot left as of 10/15/20*
Tuesday & Thursdays 6:30pm
2 days per week, 45 minutes per session.

What you'll need:
Access to a computer, internet & a space where you can set up your computer/camera so that Kris can see head-to-toe. Strength equipment is optional.
Before we begin, you'll need to set up a one-on-one with Kris virtually to chat movement, any desires or limitations and to see what equipment you have to work with. Kris will use this conversation to customize your 6 week program. After booking & payment, she'll reach out to you to set this up.
